Integrated Product Policy (IPP)
The European Commission adopted a Communication on Integrated Product Policy (IPP) in June 2003. The Communication outlines its strategy for reducing the environmental impact caused by products.

- Placing general obligations on companies to integrate environmental considerations systematically into the product design and production process.
